Tuna Tagine

The recipe of today is a traditional moroccan food called "Tuna tagine" from the moroccan food dishes:
  •  800 grams of Tuna
  • 3 large onions
  • Tablespoon of flour
  • Handful of raisins
  • Teaspoon vinegar
  • Teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 4 lemons
  • Tbsp olive oil 
Put raisins in a warm water.
Mix cumin and
Crushed chili peppers, add the juice of half lemon and put Tuna in the mix for 30 minutes.
Peel onions and cut them into circles and put them in hot oil and add cinnamon and leave cooked on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add vinegar, honey, raisins drained and water and let all ingredients cook over low heat. Add pieces Tuna in the middle of cooking and when cooked put Tuna in Tajin and decorate  with
Gravy and lemon slices.
