Fish Tagine


Ingredients of  moroccan fish tagine :
  • 1 Kilo of sliced ​​sardines.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • Garlic.
  • Onion.
  • Laurier (laurus noboilis).
  • Parsley.
  • Red pepper powder.
  • Red pepper.
  • ½ teaspoon cumin.
  •  Salt.
  • spices.
  • Olive oil. 
Crush sliced ​​sardines in hand mill, Put sardine in a pot and add salt and spices and cumin, parsley chopped.
Add the chopped garlic and 
Red pepper and mix all ingredients.
Make small balls by the mix.
In Tajin, put onion peeled and finely chopped
and tomatoes cutted into cubes.And add oil, salt and spices.
Put the balls of sardines and decorate them with
Red pepper, Laurier (laurus noboilis) and Red pepper powder.Finally,  Put tagine on the backburner for 15 minutes.
