Peas dish

peas dish receipe Ingredients:
  •  1.5 kilograms of sheep and preferably from shoulder.
  •  1 Kilo of peas.
  • 12 tablets  of the artichoke and cleaned and soaked in lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of ginger powder
  • A small workshop of saffron
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Clove garlic
  • lemon juice
  • Marinated lemon peel
  • Big cup olive .
  • Salt and pepper.
Method :

Pot used to cook the recipe and served in the tagine or a plain dish
Keep the pot on the fire and put the oil and meat with saffron, ginger and salt with pepper.
Note: At this stage there adds tomato and  onion .
Move pieces of meat until imbibing sauce for 5 minutes then add liter and a half of water and cover the pot and leave it for 30 minutes then add the peas and heart artichoke and leave another half an hour and make sure there broth enough in the pot and before pulling the pot Minutes add olives and cut lemon pickle and leave 7 or 8 minutes and then turn off the fire and served with bread.
