Moroccan chicken tagine

The ingredients of chicken tagine recipe from the moroccan food are :

Ingredients:
  •  1 Chicken of 2 kg.
  •  1 Preserved Lemon.
  •  3 medium onions.
  •  Tablespoon chopped Parsley.
  • 2 Garlic gloves chopped.
  •  200 ml of a mixture of olive oil and vegetable oil.
  •  A small cup of water.
  •  salt.
  •  Tablespoon red pepper powder. 
  •   Tablespoon ginger.
  •  Half tablespoon Abzar.
  •  ½ teaspoon saffron.
  •  Olive.
  •  Half tablespoon cumin.
Preparation:
Put the chicken pieces in the Tagine and spices with the exception of cumin.
Add 1 onion peeled and sliced​​, chopped garlic and preserved lemon cut into cubes and let mix to fry.
Add water and leave to cook and then add the rest of the onions slices and section of parsley, cover the tagine and leave cooked over low heat.
When chicken is cooked add the olives and sprinkle with cumin.

Tagine chicken with raisins and onions on the Moroccan way :
Ingredients:
onion
 Chopped into circles.
washed chicken without skin
Raisins
Olive

preserved lemons
Vegetable oil
Olive oil
saffron
Salt
little Ginger
Turmeric orange
 Chopped parsley with a little garlic.

Method: 
put oil in the Tafine, half chopped onion , spices, put the chicken and add parsley and garlic and let him cook over low heat with mixing all ingredients.
Add rest onion chopped into small circles, then raisins and olives and
preserved lemons and a quarter cup of water and let the total cooking.
Then add one liter of water and close the well cooked up a quarter of an hour. let it cooking
until drying.

Moroccan tagine chicken with carrots


Ingredients
  • Chicken parties
  • Onion chopped
  • Garlic crushed
  • Olive oil

  • Little raisins and cinnamon
Method :

Chicken with lemon and olives

hello, the dish of the day is a traditional moroccan dish, it’s “chicken with olives and lemon
Ingredients:
  • Two chickens
  • 3 medium onions grated.
  • 2 garlic
  • Teaspoon of ginger powder
  • Teaspoon of black and white pepper.
  • Salt and a small workshop saffron dissolved in a little water
  • Big cup of green olives and 2 lemon pickle
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley added in the middle of cooking.
Method :
In cooker put chicken with onion, ginger, salt and spices and move all over the fire minutes and then add about a liter of water and leave on the fire until chicken is cooked then add lemon chopped, olive and leave about 10 minutes and then pour the chicken and adorn grains olive and lemon with the stock.
